Can we see the sunrise on the Beach?

Can we see the sunrise on the Beach?: The sunset is a beautiful way to end a beach day. In my earlier blog, Watch A Sunset, I discuss this activity’s many health benefits.

What about the sun rising? People do not watch the sunrise as much, perhaps because it takes so long to see. It is worth the effort!

If you are not near the Beach, there are many other beautiful natural settings where you can watch sunrises, such as a mountain, a wide open field, a vast open sky or even on a roof!

This Lightened Up Life activity is perfect for the middle of the summer! There’s nothing better than waking up early in the morning and grabbing your blanket, thermos of coffee or tea. The sun rising out of the sea is a beautiful sight.

This experience is best enjoyed in solitude. Respect this peaceful time of the day. As you wait for the sunrise, you will hear birds singing and waking up. You can also feel a slight breeze.

It is impossible to describe the peace of mind of watching the sun illuminate the sky. Even observing the rising sun can be a meditation in itself.

This will help you to feel calm and balanced and prepare you for the day ahead. [Can we see the sunrise on the Beach?]

3. Camps Bay Beach, South Africa

Camps Bay is a magical mix of charm and enchantment. It combines the tall palms and lifestyle of California with the French Riviera. Add some African spice to it and you have a perfect blend.

The first time I visited with my wife, I was astonished. We celebrated a special anniversary and checked into the fabulous Hotel. It was the perfect hotel for one of my favorite destinations.

At the bottom, you can find a map of Cape Town’s bustling city center. You can get here from Cape Town in two ways: either over the side of Table Mountain near the cableway or along the coast road past Clifton Beach.

The views from both sides are quite different. The drive from Clifton is my personal favorite. It’s a beautiful drive with a view of the Twelve Apostle Mountains and the Beach below.

Vida e Caffe is the best place to get an espresso, cappuccino, or latte in Camps Bay. De Nata is also available – you will be pleasantly surprised if this is the first time you have heard of it. [Can we see the sunrise on the Beach?]
